Target
Target relies on Schimenti’s commitment to successfully completing their open store remodel program. Target’s program consists of two models: Merchandise Remodel and Right Size Remodel. Both of which involve upgrading and increasing the refrigeration infrastructure, adding open case refrigeration and remodeling the stockroom to accommodate the change in merchandise. In addition, the checkout experience is enhanced with modifications to lanes, signage and décor. Schimenti Construction works in close conjunction with store managers, associate teams and trade partners to ensure new sales and merchandising strategies are achieved with minimal impact to the consumer.
