Assistant Project Managers assist Project Managers in the successful execution of all assigned projects. They provide support to facilitate the planning and coordinating of construction activities to ensure that all project objectives are accomplished.

Superintendents provide the management and technical direction for the safety, quality, productivity, and construction costs of all projects under management. They motivate their teams and ensure that operations excellence and best practices are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Examples include Safety, Pre-Job Planning, Post Job Review, Productivity, Labor Budget Performance, Timely/Accurate Field Documentation, Field/Subcontractor Coordination, Scheduling, Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance.

Estimators are responsible for preparing detailed and conceptual construction cost estimates for projects based on conceptual design, building information models, different stages of design drawings and 100% issued for construction drawings. They are responsible for subcontractor and vendor coordination, site meetings, bid documents and drawings, take offs, requests for information, scope sheets, subcontractor qualifications, and project management turn-over documentation.

Project Coordinators provide administrative support for project start up, coordination, accounting and general office support to designated project management team.

Estimating Coordinators are responsible for the administrative coordination of the bid process.
